TOMORROW! 3 Minute Thesis Competition
Get ready for the intellectual thrill of Fall 2023 , Friday, November 17, 1:30-4:30, at the EMU Crater Lakes Room. Finals at 3:30pm.Largest number of students participating in 3MT history.

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition is not your average academic showdown—it's a high-stakes challenge where brilliant minds condense their groundbreaking theses into a three-minute spectacle and one slide only for both a captivated general audience and a discerning panel of judges. The champion claims the $500 prize, sponsored by the Center for Science Communication Research, and the chance to represent the university at the regional competition.

Need money to attend a conference where you’ll present with a leader in the field? Funded by the Division of Graduate Studies and, in part, by the Gary E. Smith Foundation, this award is designed to support outstanding graduate students pursuing activities that would enhance their skills, knowledge, and abilities beyond their academic coursework and research, preparing them for post-graduation careers and increasing their overall employability and success in their chosen fields. Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians Climate Fellowship: 
Deadline December 1, 2023
ATNI is seeking Climate Resilience Fellows to engage in issues related to tribal resilience to climate change, extreme weather events, and harmful environmental trends.

The Student Food Pantry is Open for Fall Term:

Free supplemental food for college students, in the greater Eugene area on Wednesdays from 4-6pm at 710 E. 17th Ave.
