Graduate Employment
Graduate Employee (GE) is the term used at the UO for teaching, research, and administrative graduate assistantships.
GEs receive a competitive compensation package that includes a monthly salary, full-time tuition waiver, mandatory fees subsidy, health insurance premium coverage, and subsidized health insurance premium coverage for dependents. All GEs at the UO receive labor union representation.

Entering Mentoring
Based on materials from the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research
Seminar participants will work with a community of peers to develop and improve their mentoring skills. By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to clearly articulate a personal mentoring philosophy, and have multiple strategies for dealing with mentoring challenges.

This program is open to students from all undergraduate majors, and specifically designed for non-business majors. This session offers a unique opportunity to learn about the MSM program, admission requirements, and the application process.
