Graduate Employment-Related Grievances

As it relates to employment as a GE, a grievance is defined as an allegation that there has been a violation, including but not limited to misinterpretation or improper application, of the terms of the UO-GTFF Collective Bargaining Agreement. Graduate employees with this type of complaint should follow the grievance procedures specified in Article 13 of the collective bargaining agreement.

Note: there is a separate Academic Grievance policy for formal complaints related to academic matters such as program requirements, evaluation of academic progress, or other issues that fall outside the scope of employment.
