How to Submit Official Transcripts
Option 1: Direct from Institution by Mail

Request that your previous institution send an official transcript directly to the University of Oregon in a sealed envelope that bears a seal, stamp or official signature from the institution across the back flap of the envelope.
Mail to:
Office of the Registrar

Eugene, OR 97403

Option 2: Student-Mailed Official Copy

Obtain an official transcript from your previous institution in a sealed envelope that bears a seal, stamp or official signature from the institution across the back flap of the envelope.
Place that envelope, unopened, into a larger envelope and mail the transcript to the University of Oregon at the address listed above.
Option 3: Secure Electronic Delivery
If your degree institution offers official electronic copies sent by a secured provider (e.g., National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, Scrip Safe) you may have them sent directly from the institution at registrar@uoregon.edu.
Note: Emails with attached PDFs are not accepted
Option 4: WES ICAP Evaluation (International)
If you earned your degree(s) outside of the United States you may choose to submit a WES ICAP evaluation, which includes verified copies of your official transcripts and degree certificates. We do not require evaluation except when we are unable to determine your degree's equivalency, though we will accept these types of evaluations to fulfill the transcript requirement if you have already obtained one. To electronically submit your WES ICAP to the University of Oregon, follow the instructions provided by WES.
Note: We will not accept the WES Basic or any other credential evaluation to fulfill the transcript requirement. Only the WES ICAP meets this requirement.
Option 5: Special Circumstances
If you cannot access or transmit official documents due to extenuating circumstances and do not already have a qualifying evaluation report to send, please contact the Division of Graduate Studies to discuss your situation.
