Your experiences, goals, and hard work have brought you here. Submit your transcripts to continue your journey toward joining the University of Oregon community.

When you are admitted to the UO, you'll submit official transcripts to verify your degree(s) and academic records. This page explains what documents to provide and how to send them.

What to Submit

When You Apply

Submit unofficial transcripts for every post-secondary institution attended. You will submit these in the application portal.

Unofficial transcripts should show:

  • Degrees earned (if applicable)
  • Degree conferral date (if applicable)

If your original documents are not in English, include a certified English translation.

After You are Admitted

Submit official transcripts from institutions where you earned a bachelor's degree or higher.

Official transcripts must:

  • Show the degree earned
  • Show the conferral date
