UO's Outdoor Program is the first stop for any kind of outdoor adventure for UO students. They facilitate local trips as well as far-reaching expeditions, and provide a wide range of gear rentals, resources, and clinics.
Visit Museums on Campus
The UO is home to two museums.
Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art (JSMA): JSMA is the only academic art museum in Oregon to be accredited by the American Alliance of Museums. Its collection has more than fifteen thousand objects, with notable art from Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Admission is free for UO students.
Museum of Natural and Cultural History (MNCH): MNCH is the State of Oregon's official repository for publicly owned collections and is home to hundreds of thousands of ethnographic and archaeological objects, fossils, and biological specimens from Oregon and around the world. Admission is free for UO students.

UO Rec Center
The UO Rec Center features accessible facilities including a 25-yard swimming pool, a climbing space, bikes, treadmills, tennis courts and more!
UO students have free access to the Rec facilities.

Indigenous UO Campus Map
The Indigenous UO map highlights the key points of interests related to Native American and Indigenous history on campus. This project was created and developed by the Native American and Indigenous Studies Academic Residential Community in 2018.
Many Nations Longhouse
The Many Nations Longhouse serves as a place of respite for American Indian students at the UO as they navigate their academic endeavors. Its mission is to provide welcome, respecting the diversity of numerous American Indian cultures and beliefs.

Land Acknowledgement
In countries such as New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the U.S., it is common to open events and gatherings by acknowledging the traditional Indigenous inhabitants of that land. Land Acknowledgment is a formal statement that recognizes and respects Indigenous Peoples as traditional stewards of the land and the enduring relationship that exists between Indigenous Peoples and their traditional territories.
The UO in partnership with the federally recognized tribes created and approved the land acknowledgment for our Eugene campus.

Patos Unidos Website
Patos Unidos is a website for UO Latinx community. It serves as a collection of all Latinx programs, resources, events, communities, stories, and leaders at the UO.
Mills International Center
The Mills International Center is a place for everyone – both international and US American are welcome!
The Mills has a study area, a relaxing space, and a great lending library with travel books, international magazines, and CDs. The Mills also hosts regular and one-time events such as Language Circles.

All Gender Restroom Map
The UO has more than 100 all-gender restrooms. These restrooms are available for families with small children, people who have attendants, and our transgender and non-binary students, faculty members, staff, and community members.

Sexual Health Resources
The Office of the Dean of Students has put together a list of sexual health resources.
Highlights include:
Free Tests for HIV and Hepatitis C: HIV Alliance offers free, confidential OraQuick Rapid Tests for HIV and Hepatitis C and recommends high-risk populations test every 6 weeks.
Free Sexual Health Supplies: Protection Connection provides UO students free sexual health supplies at several “Hot Spots” across campus including the University Health Services lobby, EMU, and Knight Library (vending machine area).

The Lane County Community Resilience Toolkits provide resources designed to support various communities including ethnically & racially diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ community, veterans & military families, and their allies. These tools will enhance resilience and promote recovery from stress.
Friendship Foundation for International Students
The Friendship Foundation for International Students (FFIS) is a nonprofit organization that bridges the local community and UO international students, alumni, scholars, and their families through programs and events. The FFIS offers a short-term homestay program, conversation friend program, and the “Share Thanksgiving” program.
