Division of Graduate Studies Master’s Project and Thesis Award

Funded by the Division of Graduate Studies, this award supports master’s students to offset expenses directly related to their capstone/terminal project or thesis, such as project materials, books and supplies, software, research-related travel, writing support, training, and more.

Award Details

  • Students must be enrolled full-time, pursuing a UO graduate degree, and making satisfactory academic progress at the time of disbursement.
  • Awards cannot be deferred.
  • Students may receive this award only once in their academic career.
  • If you are selected for this award, certification of expenses are required in order to receive your funding. Details will be provided in your award offer.

Graduate Students with Financial Aid
Receiving this award may impact your financial aid award. Please contact the Financial Aid Office prior to applying for this (and any other type of) support.

 

Deadline

  • Fall Opportunity: September 16-December 15
  • Winter Opportunity: December 16-March 31
  • Spring Opportunity: April 1-June 15

Funding is limited. Each opportunity will close as funds are exhausted.
