Duties:
Grading student work for large undergraduate class, specifically GEOG 342: Geographies of Globalization and Development. The GE will be responsible for grading up to 70 students, communicating with students and holding regular office hours. Constructive feedback is expected along with the assignment of grades.
Grading experience in writing-based courses; some familiarity with social science topics such as globalization, political economy, economic development, or related topics; some familiarity with the discipline of geography or related social sciences. Among applicants meeting these qualifications, preference will be given to CAS doctoral students, then to CAS master's students.
