GE Graders for Global Studies

Duties:

The Department of Global Studies seeks two GE graders for various Global Studies courses for our Spring 2025 term. The specific course level will be determined at a later date. This position is open to graduate students with interest and expertise/experience relevant to the course(s) they are applying for. The successful candidate will assist the instructor of record with grading assignments and exams

Preferred Qualifications:

•        Experience teaching a topic in Global Studies
•        Basic computer skills (Word, PPT, Excel, and Canvas)
•        Communication and problem-solving skills (team teaching)
•        The ability to follow instructions, work accurately and in a timely fashion

GE applicants would have interest and expertise/experience relevant to:

- GLBL 102: Foundations for Intercultural Competence
- GLBL 270: Globalization and the Global Economy
- GSL 335: Food and Film in Global Perspective
- GLBL 350: Global Education
- GLBL 431: Cross-Cultural Communication
