Duties:
The Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures seeks one GE Teaching Assistant for Chinese language courses. The specific course level will be determined at a later date. This position is open to graduate students with native or near-native competency in Chinese (Mandarin). The successful candidate will assist the instructor of record, grade assignments and exams, and conduct regular drill sections.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching Chinese (Mandarin)
Previous experience teaching undergraduate students
Familiarity with language pedagogy
