Duties:
- Teaching Drill sections 2 days per week – Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Grading homework and tests
- Proctoring tests, holding weekly lab hours
- Attending class-preparation meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Near native proficiency in Japanese (oral and written)
- Familiar with romanized Japanese, kana, and kanji
- Basic computer skills (Word, PPT, and Excel - English & Japanese)
- Communication and problem-solving skills (team teaching)
- The ability to follow instructions, work accurately and in a timely fashion

- The times you will be available to teach in Fall 2023 on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Your preferences regarding (1) whether you would like to teach 2 or 3 sections, and (2) whether you would prefer to teach 100-level, 200-level, or 300-level classes
- Be prepared to have your language ability assessed by a Japanese instructor
