This is a 24% increase over 2023, for a total of 42 NSF Fellows currently studying at the UO.

From a young age, Naomi Evans' parents instilled in her the importance of uplifting others. This grew into a passion for working with communities, leading Evans, MNM '23 (nonprofit management), to the UO, where she was able to tailor her coursework, leverage professional development opportunities, access professionals in the field, and get the hands-on experience she needed to prepare for a career after graduation.

Centering Student Success
SOJC master's alumna Ammina Kothari forged lifelong connections during her time at UO, including with her faculty mentor, Dr. Leslie Steeves. As dean of the Gwen Ifill School of Media, Humanities, and Social Sciences, Kothari's commitment to student success and equity reflects the values she cultivated during her time in Eugene. →

Paloma sprang from a kismet meeting in the University of Oregon’s executive MBA program and is determined to find a better way for job curious professionals to discover and connect with companies that fit their vibe.
