What is a Graduate Employee? 

A graduate employee (GE) is a full-time enrolled graduate student who has been hired by the University of Oregon to fulfill teaching, research, or administrative responsibilities. GEs are an important part of the University of Oregon community, helping the university to fulfill its teaching and research mission. All GEs are represented by the GTFF Union.
